Cranberry Almond Bread

This healthy cranberry bread is moist and tasty because it uses almond butter for the main fat source. High in protein and great for breakfast or a snack, this bread is an excellent way to eat cranberries. 3 cups flour 1 tsp salt 3 tsp baking powder 1 1/4 cup real maple , raw honey or sugar 2 eggs orange zest and juice of 1 orange 1/2 cup almond butter 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt 1/3 cup raw honey (not for babies) or real maple syrup 3 tbsp oil 1 cup milk or almond milk 1 tsp almond extract 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped Preheat over to 350.  In medium bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder together.  In large mixing bowl, add 1 cup sugar, eggs, zest, juice, almond butter, yogurt, agave nectar (or honey), oil, milk and extract and beat with a beater and beat well.  Mix flour mixture with wet mixture until just mixed.  Gently stir in chopped cranberries mixed with 1/4 cup sugar
