1) Preheat over to 350.
2) In a medium bowl, add flour, salt, baking powder together. Set aside.
3) In a large mixing bowl, add syrup or honey, eggs, zest, juice, almond butter, yogurt, oil, milk, and extract. Beat well with a beater.
4) Mix flour mixture with wet mixture until just mixed. Gently stir in chopped cranberries mixed with 1/4 cup sugar.
5) Pour batter into bread pan and bake until just firm in the middle, about 50 minutes.
