Grilled Chicken
This grilled chicken has a wonderful flavor and has been among my favorite summer recipes for years. Let the chicken marinate for as long as possible, up to 24 hours. The slight lime flavor of the chicken goes well with my easy Mango Cucumber Salsa. Enjoy!

15 - 20 minutes plus marinating time prep time
15 - 25 minutes cook time
30 - 45 minutes plus marinating time total time
Ingredients
5 garlic cloves 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar juice of 3 limes 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1/4 cup olive or avocado oil 1/2 cup raw honey 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 4 large or 5 smaller boneless chicken breast
Directions
1) Mix all ingredients together. Add raw chicken to mixture and marinate overnight, or even longer (up to 24 hours) if possible.
2) Grill chicken until tender.
