Pineapple Whip with a Mango Twist

Dole Pineapple Whip sure tastes wonderfully refreshing on a hot summer day! This 4-ingredient frozen yogurt version of pineapple whip is quick to make at home and healthier. Add a fresh mango for a delicious twist or add more frozen pineapple. This recipe calls for a small container of Greek coconut yogurt but feel free to substitute a nondairy coconut yogurt to make a dairy-free dessert. This yummy recipe is supposed to be more of pineapple-mango ice cream rather than a smoothie. But if you're in a smoothie mood, add a little fresh pineapple juice (or other fruit juice) to thin it out. Enjoy and stay cool! Ingredients

1 5.3 oz container of coconut Greek yogurt (dairy or nondairy) 1 cup coconut milk (or any type milk) 1 fresh mango, peeled and roughly cut or 1/2 cup fresh pineapple 4 cups frozen Pineapple

Directions

1) Add coconut yogurt, milk, mango (or fresh pineapple), and frozen pineapple chunks to a food processor (preferred) or high powered blender. Process until smooth.
2) NOTE: If you substitute the fresh mango with frozen fruits (like pineapple or mango), add more liquid to your desired consistency.
3) Enjoy immediately or freeze for later.
