One of my favorite products, Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars, are fabulous! This post isn’t sponsored, which hopefully lets you know how much I truly love them. I love ice cream, but these frozen Greek yogurt bars satisfy my craving for ice cream instantly. Yasso isn’t trying to imitate ice cream, they are what they say they are; frozen Greek yogurt bars with 5 grams of protein. They have enough sugar to satisfy your sweet tooth, but are still low enough in added natural sugar (no sugar substitutes or artificial flavors) to avoid sabotaging your health. Most of the bars are 100 calories each, though there are a few flavors (some of my favorites) that are only 80 calories per bar. Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars bars have been out for a few years, but they’ve improved the taste and taken out any trace of chalkiness that they used to have. They can be purchased at regular grocery stores everywhere. No need to make a special trip. Let them sit out of the freezer to soften for a few minutes for more flavor. One way I resist inhaling them is by not biting into them. That way they last longer and I enjoy them more. They’re so delicious that you’ll want them during any season.
